As a respected Human Resources professional Deborah brings over 20 years of multi-industry experience to Teal Talents. She is a life-long learner who is energetic, insightful and skilled with a passion to improve workplace culture through core competencies. Her contributions provide a pragmatic approach to facilitation that delivers a unique blend of expertise.
As VP of Talent Development, Deborah delivers strategic direction for all aspects of the organization. Through collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business leaders Teal Talents translates goals into an executable items.
Prior to joining Teal Talents, Deborah held various Training Development and Human Resources roles at Fortune 100, Fortune 500 and private organizations. Over the course of her tenure, she led teams responsible for recruiting, consultative sales training, leadership development, employee relations, diversity and inclusion.
Deborah’s leadership prove significant at High Achievers where she increased customer base and profitability She has masterfully created and implemented a combination of employee on-boarding, recognition and leadership development programs for an array of industries. Deborah is a passionate and engaging facilitator and has participated in a variety of learning initiatives through numerous platforms.
